UX Content Strategist
W2 contract until 12/31/26 – potential to extend
Hybrid in Minneapolis or Atlanta
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that not only informs but also inspires and builds trust with our customers. Required Skills:
- Expert-level content writing with a focus on conversational flow, language, and information architecture
- Strong experience in content design supporting claims, disputes, and questionnaire flows
- Ability to set content direction, standards, and flow logic for complex customer experiences
- Excellent stakeholder diplomacy skills, with experience leading projects and partnering with executive teams across legal, risk, compliance, and operations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with human-centered design methodologies such as design thinking and service design
- Familiarity with omni-channel content strategies and content management within Agile environments
- Background in marketing, branding, or customer experience research and insight
- Knowledge of content strategy tools including design systems and performance measurement
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in UX, content strategy, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in content design, UX writing, or information architecture, preferably within financial services or regulated industries
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $66.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
