Title: NPI Program Manager
Location: Cupertino/Culver City, CA
Duration: 6 Months

In this dynamic position, you will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure the successful introduction of new products, coordinating seamlessly between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and executive leadership. Your strategic oversight and impeccable organization will help deliver superior product quality, on-time launches, and exceptional customer experience, making a tangible impact on our company's success.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering environments
- Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and manage OEM communications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present confidently at all management levels
- Results-driven and action-oriented, with a track record of successfully completing projects
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and motivate diverse teams
- Willingness to travel up to 30-35% as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in consumer electronics or product development industries
- Familiarity with supply chain management and quality assurance processes
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in launching new products and managing large-scale projects
Other Requirements:
- Ability to coordinate international teams across the US and Asia
- Strong technical understanding of product manufacturing and supply chain operations

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $80.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
