Compliance Data Analyst (Contractor)

Unlock the power of data to ensure organizations stay ahead of regulatory and internal compliance standards as a Compliance Data Analyst. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to interpret large datasets, develop insightful monitoring reports, and automate critical compliance processes. Collaborating closely with legal, engineering, and compliance teams, you will help shape the future of compliance management through innovative data solutions and continuous monitoring strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and management
  • Experience with Python or R to interpret complex datasets
  • Strong visualization skills using Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to develop and maintain compliance dashboards and reports
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting for process improvements
  • Familiarity with data security and access control structures

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
  • Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or compliance-related roles
  • Prior experience managing databases and creating compliance-related reports

  • Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining data accuracy
  • Some roles may involve periodic travel for team collaboration or audits

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $67.80 to $82.09 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
