Join our dynamic team as a Privacy Compliance Engineer and be at the forefront of safeguarding data privacy in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with legal, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure our systems and processes meet the highest standards of compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws. Your expertise will drive the translation of complex legal requirements into practical, technical solutions that protect our infrastructure and applications, fostering a culture of privacy-first innovation.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in privacy compliance and/or privacy engineering
- Deep understanding of GDPR and CCPA regulations
- Proven track record in compliance assessments, audits, and risk management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting and documentation
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting the development of privacy policies and procedures
- Knowledge of privacy tools and technologies
- Experience in conducting technical risk assessments and remediation planning
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Data Privacy, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work across multiple teams and support various projects simultaneously
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, or equivalent are a plus

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $62.00 to $77.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
