TITLE: Sr. Program Manager

LOCATION: Remote

ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/01/2026 to 05/28/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the program’s goals align with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Define the program’s vision, roadmap, and intended business outcomes.
  • Coordinate multiple project managers and workstreams.
  • Drive alignment across technology teams, finance, communications, and all impacted business departments.
  • Lead project teams through planning and execution, managing project risks and issues.
  • Establish program governance, standards for quality, risk management, and compliance.
  • Identify and manage all stakeholders and develop communications for executive sponsors.
  • Collaborate on risk, issue, and dependency mitigation plans.
  • Monitor financial performance and resource usage.
  • Partner with change management teams to create communication and rollout strategies.
  • Measure long-term benefits and ensure delivery of outcomes.
  • Adapt quickly to Workday and Workfront (Adobe) tools.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management or Administration.
  • 12+ years’ experience in operational excellence through project management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and deliver on complex situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs or projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of fundamental program/project management principles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or related certification.
  • Familiarity with PMI Program Management standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 to $80.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
