ANTICIPATED DURATION: 9 month contract
Responsibilities:
- Opportunity & Pipeline Management
- Manage end-to-end Vector opportunity workflows, including the creation and configuration of quotes, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate directly with Pre-Sales, DPO, and DSS teams to ensure all requirements are met for successful bookings.
- Develop and maintain custom reports to provide visibility into the sales pipeline and general opportunity health.
- Strategic Meeting Support & Reporting
- Own the production of Weekly Leadership decks, specifically managing staffing slides, Service Line AI reports, and cohort availability data.
- Facilitate team meetings, providing real-time support and ensuring action items are captured.
- Represent the team in regional syncs, such as the Americas PMO meeting.
- Planning & Tactical Execution
- Maintain and optimize Taskflow Planners, balancing proactive project mapping with reactive Incident Response Remediation (IRR) needs.
- Manage the IR Remediation Cohort, including tracker maintenance and the coordination of critical weekend handoff calls.
- Monitor communication channels (email distros and Google chats) to triage intake of remediation tickets, ad-hoc requests and general STS inquiries.
Requirements:
- Program & Operations Management Experience: 3–5+ years managing end-to-end workflows, preferably in program management, business operations, or sales operations environments.
- Financial & Process Acumen: Experience with procure-to-pay, quote creation, SOWs, and general financial/operational processes supporting pipeline and bookings.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Proven ability to partner with Pre-Sales, PMO, and operational teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution.
- Advanced Excel & Reporting Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with experience building reports, tracking pipelines, and creating leadership-ready presentations (e.g., weekly decks, staffing reports).
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $85.00 to $102.00(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
