SEO Strategist

Required Skills:
- 7+ years of strategic brand planning experience
- Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear, impactful narratives
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy, experience design, design research, or brand communications
- Skilled in leading strategic conversations across disciplines and organizational levels
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with creative teams spanning advertising, video, interactive media, print, retail, and more
- Strong competence in business and brand strategy, insights and research, media planning, and communications planning
- Excellent writing, visual storytelling, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience with creative agencies; ability to develop and present creative briefs and case studies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with or guiding creative agencies such as Media Arts Lab (MAL)
- Knowledge of cultural trends and category insights
- Primary research and insight development experience
- Familiarity with product marketing strategies and global brand alignment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Extensive experience in strategic brand planning and leadership roles within creative or marketing agencies
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
