Job Description:
As an integral part of our Editorial Production & Operations team, you will own the management of music priorities, streamline production processes, and foster collaborative relationships across Music, Editorial, Marketing, and Business teams. Your keen eye for detail, strategic mindset, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting will ensure the success of our innovative campaigns.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in production and/or project management within digital media or the entertainment industry
- Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and in evolving environments
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in digital assets and deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Ability to improve workflows, tools, and production processes
- Effective reporting, providing detailed feedback and status updates to leadership
- High proficiency with applications, especially Keynote
- Passion for pop culture, music, and related content
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience managing global campaigns
- Familiarity with metadata standards and digital asset management
- Strong problem-solving skills with proactive, creative thinking
- Experience in media or entertainment content creation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related industry experience
- Demonstrated success in managing complex production projects in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including weekends, as needed
- Willingness to support Music’s global initiatives
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50 to $60 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
