Title: Marketing Analyst
Location: San Francisco, CA 94015
Duration: 5 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze market and industry trends to support marketing strategies and business case development.
  • Gather and break down information relevant to the business, making comparisons between options to identify the most desirable solutions.
  • Understand stakeholder goals and objectives, articulate conflicts, and anticipate future business issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and success metrics.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of marketing and data analytics principles to address issues and evaluate organizational impact.
  • Track progress on DEI development through measurable results and foster an inclusive organizational climate.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex business challenges and address stakeholder needs for growth.
  • Evaluate new market and product opportunities to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data and research requests with technical support and analysis for senior leaders.
  • Perform data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, and influence business decisions through insights and market trends.
  • Exercise sound judgment and uphold Core Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Champion psychological safety and inclusivity within teams, accommodating cultural norms and expanding viewpoints.
  • Drive strategic analysis to optimize business performance and ensure high-quality execution within relevant functions.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $73.84 to $89.30 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
