Job Description:
- Proven proficiency in project management and data analysis
- Strong knowledge of growth strategies, consumer behavior, and social media platforms
- Experience with media planning, SEO, and influencer collaborations
- Excellent communication skills and creativity
- Ability to negotiate and foster strong media and agency partnerships
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with marketing automation tools or CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot
- Familiarity with analytics tools and campaign ROI reporting
- Prior involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives within marketing
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, or a similar role

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
