In this pivotal role, you'll support the hardware and software infrastructure that brings world-class fitness content to millions, ensuring smooth live and post-production workflows. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love troubleshooting complex systems, this is your chance to make a real impact.
Required Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience supporting live and post-production audio/video workflows, protocols, codecs, and signal flows
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and support broadcast video, lighting, robotic cameras, and advanced production equipment
- Expertise with media asset management (PAM/MAM) systems
- Strong knowledge of SAN environments, Fibre Channel networks, Ethernet, and DLC networking for high-throughput media workflows
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience working with macOS, Windows, Linux, and automation tools
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings
- Familiarity with structured content metadata management
- Proficiency supporting high-performance SAN storage systems
- Knowledge of cinema cameras, lenses, and camera robotics
- Ability to construct and install video, audio, and fibre cabling
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Broadcast Technology, or related field; relevant experience is also highly valued
- Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing broadcast broadcast infrastructure, including switchers, routers, lighting consoles, and communication systems
Other Requirements:
- Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, as operational needs dictate
- Ability to coordinate with third-party vendors for studio upgrades and equipment repairs
- Willingness to work in Santa Monica and support high-demand, fast-paced production environments

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
