Are you a skilled technology leader with a passion for delivering impactful solutions? We are seeking a dynamic Product Delivery Manager III to oversee critical operations within our Grid Resiliency portfolio. This role offers the chance to drive innovation, manage complex software development projects, and ensure the reliable operation of essential systems that safeguard communities and utilities.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven software engineering experience with strong full-stack capabilities and depth in data platforms
- Expertise in application design, maintenance, and optimization, particularly within Palantir Foundry or similar environments
- Proficiency in Python (PySpark, Polars) and Typescript, with a solid understanding of data pipeline architecture and ontology design
- Ability to own technical outcomes end-to-end with minimal supervision and thrive in high-pressure, live operational environments
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates, incident management, and risk escalation
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including occasional off-hours support
Nice to Have Skills:
- Front-end design experience, especially with Palantir Foundry Workshop
- Familiarity with data lineage, impact analysis, and object-based data modeling
- Experience with pipeline troubleshooting, cost optimization, and resource management tools within Foundry
- Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS solutions, and cloud integrations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Extensive experience in data engineering, application development, or related technical roles, ideally within utility or resiliency-focused environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to make high-stakes decisions quickly and accurately under tight timelines
- Strong operational focus with experience managing complex workflows and risk assessment
- Previous utility or resiliency sector experience is highly desirable

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $61.29 to $70.68 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
