TITLE: Online Pricing Analyst
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (on-site 5 days a week)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including business need identification, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and rollout.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, success metrics, and timelines.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned projects and operational initiatives.
  • Perform research, data analysis, and business process evaluations to support decision-making.
  • Support merchant operations through ad hoc reporting, troubleshooting, and analytical requests.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards using SQL and Tableau.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and project metrics to measure business value and operational effectiveness.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, analytics, and business teams to improve processes and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist with documentation, process improvement initiatives, and operational support activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing projects or supporting business operations initiatives.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to query and analyze data.
  • Experience working with Tableau dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting merchant operations, retail operations, or business operations teams.
  • Experience with data visualization and KPI reporting.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience handling ad hoc operational requests and reporting support.

the hourly pay rate range for this position is $35.00 to $45.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
