Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or consulting, with a focus on operational execution and process improvement
- Proven success in launching multi-quarter, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, logistics, sales, and finance teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience building performance metrics and reporting to support decision-making
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of translating complex processes into clear guidance and recommendations
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions across large, distributed teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in sales operations, B2B commercial programs, or retail operations
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or custom solutions and experience driving user adoption
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Operations, or related fields
- Relevant experience in sales or retail operations preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams worldwide
- Willingness to support and communicate operational changes to diverse regional teams

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $95.00 to $115.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
