Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM)
TITLE: Product Sr. Technical Program Manager
LOCATION: Mountain View
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 06/01/2026 to 07/31/2026
Responsibilities:
- Lead teams and programs to deliver successful outcomes in infrastructure projects.
- Perform planning, initiation, and execution of intermediate-to-large scale, cross-functional programs.
- Facilitate and drive large cross-functional projects, managing multiple stakeholders.
- Manage program scope, requirements, and lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Apply formal change management practices and handle program risks and issues.
- Communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Establish and manage end-to-end processes for stakeholder requirements.
- Develop and communicate meaningful insights through data analysis.
- Identify optimization opportunities and influence decision making.
- Proactively identify potential capacity issues and partner with product and service owners.
- Manage executive project expectations, escalation, and communication.
Requirements:
- B.S./B.A. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program and Product management, including feature development, roadmap management, and Agile methods.
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years of technical leadership with a proven track record of operating independently.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Understanding of technology-based product lifecycle management.
- Experience leading dynamic programs with cross-functional, matrixed resources.
- Proven ability to earn trust and influence stakeholders.
- Experience managing large-scale programs from inception to completion.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $71.92 to $75.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
