Technical Solutions Engineer
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Solutions Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and customer success. In this position, you will deliver critical solutions within complex projects, act as a trusted technical advisor, and collaborate across teams to enhance support operations and empower our customers to resolve issues independently.
What You'll Do:
- Identify opportunities and build innovative solutions to improve support processes and enable customer self-service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with minimal guidance, leveraging your deep product and infrastructure knowledge.
- Generate and analyze relevant data to inform product decisions and operational improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate issue resolution and identify patterns to mitigate future risks.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure top-tier customer support and proactive engagement.
- Read, debug, and interpret code as needed to troubleshoot customer issues, and learn new coding tools and languages to support internal development efforts.
- Document issues thoroughly, reproduce steps, and drive bugs to resolution while identifying root causes at the code level.
- Assist in planning, scoping, and delivering large project components to support ongoing support initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and technical troubleshooting.
- Strong programming and debugging abilities.
- Experience in technical documentation and industry knowledge.
- Excellent systems thinking and customer-service skills.
- Ability to read and understand code, with a quick learning capacity for new coding tools and languages.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with support tooling and automation.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices.
- Additional certifications or specialized knowledge relevant to product or infrastructure.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Ideally, candidates possess a relevant degree or equivalent experience with a solid background in technical support, software engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external customers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $95.00. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
