Technical Product Manager IV

Join our innovative WW Channel Strategy and Operations team as a Technical Product Manager IV, where your expertise will shape transformative AI-powered solutions that elevate customer experiences worldwide. In this high-impact role, you'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI/ML technology and strategic business insights, leading the development of Expert—a revolutionary decision support web application that empowers Channel Sales teams with intelligent insights and actionable data. What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for AI/ML features of Expert, translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, impactful product experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to build scalable AI-powered functionalities such as query understanding, intelligent retrieval, answer generation, and feedback loops.
  • Create detailed product and technical specifications that guide seamless engineering execution.
  • Define success metrics and monitor outcomes to ensure product excellence and technical robustness.
  • Act as the key communicator, translating technical trade-offs into clear insights for stakeholders across all levels, from engineering teams to executive leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to deliver cohesive solutions from conception to deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
 
  • Strong technical fluency with hands-on experience in AI/ML product development, data platforms, or software engineering.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading AI/ML products or handling data-intensive platforms at scale.
  • Proven experience deploying production AI/ML features, especially with large language models (LLMs), RAG, or generative AI.
  • Data-savvy with the ability to work directly with data to explore, analyze, and support decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively to technical and business audiences.

Nice to Have Skills:
 
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, NLP, or relevant fields.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and emerging AI system design patterns.
  • Background in enterprise sales analytics, revenue intelligence, or channel partner ecosystems.
  • Experience with vector databases, semantic search systems, and real-time data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of LLM evaluation, system scalability, and AI quality metrics.


Preferred Education & Experience:
 

  • BS/MS in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
  • Extensive experience managing AI/ML products with measurable impact and success.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to engage in technical planning and cross-team collaboration.
  • Open to global and regional travel as needed to support project teams and stakeholders.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $90.00 to $100.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
