We are seeking a dynamic IT Infrastructure Integration Manager to spearhead the strategic development and operational excellence of our enterprise’s computing platforms. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years managing teams and budgets supporting middleware and platforms such as OpenShift, IIS, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic, Java, Oracle Client
- Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Strong leadership with demonstrated success in managing diverse technical teams and fostering collaboration
- In-depth understanding of telecommunications, networks, cybersecurity, and application integration
- Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, and vendor relationship skills
- Ability to influence senior management and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting or operating within regulated environments with a focus on compliance and internal controls
- Knowledge of industry trends and innovative technologies that can create a competitive advantage
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant technical credentials
Preferred Education and Experience:
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4+ years of IT leadership experience, especially in infrastructure or application support
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed for strategic initiatives and vendor engagements
- A proactive, change-oriented mindset capable of leading through industry shifts and technological advancements
