In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your extensive game design expertise and data-driven mindset to foster strong relationships with external development partners and internal teams. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities, communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, and maintain operational excellence will be key to bringing innovative, high-quality games platforms.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in product management or a game design-adjacent role within the mobile gaming industry
- Proven success in making data-backed game design decisions
- Deep understanding of the game development and release process.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong proficiency with Project Management tools such as Excel, Airtable, Quip, and Keynote
- Outstanding organization and multitasking capabilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with game design features, especially player onboarding processes
- Passion for playing mobile games, coupled with insights into what makes a game great
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to resolve ambiguities and define innovative solutions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Demonstrated experience working directly on game design features or project management in gaming environments
Other Requirements:
- Experience with external development partnerships
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting schedules

The hourly pay rate for this position is $89.69. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
