TITLE: IT Project Manager – Data & Analytics
LOCATION: Remote (CST or EST)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 09/17/2026 to 03/16/2027
Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end plan for data and analytics platform development, pilot execution, and report delivery.
  • Establish and track criteria for report migration readiness, including data validation and business acceptance.
  • Manage the critical path for project milestones and dependencies across multiple teams and regions.
  • Facilitate decision-making on KPI definitions, hierarchy mappings, and scope boundaries.
  • Coordinate daily with vendor teams, internal SMEs, and regional leads to ensure timely action completion.
  • Maintain and review RAID, action, dependency, and decision logs; drive closure and escalation as needed.
  • Establish and maintain weekly status meetings and monthly executive reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Create and update core program documentation, including plans, logs, and dashboards.
  • Baseline the project scope, milestones, and critical-path threats within the first 30 days.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of IT project management, including 4+ years leading data platform, BI, or analytics programs in a large global enterprise.
  • M&A Delivery: Hands-on delivery experience on an M&A integration, carve-out, or separation.
  • Track Record: Proven delivery of large, multi-team, multi-region technology projects with successful recovery instances.
  • Technical Fluency: Knowledge of modern data architecture cloud lakehouse platforms (Snowflake and/or Databricks), BI tools, data pipelines, MDM, and data governance.
  • Master Data: Experience harmonizing master data and hierarchies across systems or companies.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with SOX (ideally GxP), security/IAM review processes, and embedding compliance into project plans.
  • Executive Presence: Comfortable presenting to VP and C-level sponsors, leading decision meetings, and managing disagreements.
  • Program Operating Discipline: Ability to independently run complex program cadences, manage priorities, and escalate appropriately.
  • Program Management Tools and Documentation: Expert in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Jira.

Preferred Experience:

  • Industry: CPG or manufacturing background.
  • Domain Reporting: Familiarity with sales, market share, secondary sales, eCommerce POS, spend analytics, supply chain finance, and capital planning reporting.
  • PMO Experience: Prior work within an IMO/PMO or SPMO with capital governance.
  • ERP Exposure: SAP ECC/S/4 from an analytics perspective.
  • Operating Style: Skilled at operating in ambiguity and fast-paced, global environments; proactive in creating operational rhythms and stakeholder visibility.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $83.33 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
