Join our team as a CapEx Data Integrity Program Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of capital expenditure systems. You'll work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to streamline onboarding processes, enhance data quality, and drive impactful change in a dynamic manufacturing environment. What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure precise data inputs and maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and activities to meet key deadlines.
- Build strong, professional relationships with vendors and cross-functional partners to foster collaboration.
- Understand application development needs, set clear expectations, and monitor user efficiency to optimize system onboarding.
- Drive change management initiatives by influencing teams to adopt best practices and processes.
Required Skills:
- Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and close multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on high accuracy and protocol adherence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Excel.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant project/program management experience within manufacturing, supply chain operations, or related fields.
- Knowledge of database management systems.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment with a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to collaborate across teams and influence change, especially with teams accustomed to established routines.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $100.00 & $108.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
