In this vital role, you will evaluate and optimize search results, helping our platform deliver accurate, relevant, and user-friendly information that keeps users engaged and satisfied.
What You'll Do: As a Search Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing search performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality assurance measures. Your insights will directly influence the success of our search algorithms, making an immediate impact on user experience.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Ability to evaluate content relevance and search accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with data analysis or search engine optimization (SEO)
- Knowledge of machine learning or AI technologies
- Previous experience in quality assurance or content moderation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Prior experience in search quality evaluation, data analysis, or digital content review
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $95.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
