AI Technical Product Manager
TITLE: AI Technical Product Manager
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (hybrid onsite 2-3 days per week in downtown Atlanta)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 6+ month contract renewable
5-10 Years A product manager with a strong technical background who is focused on the technical aspects of the product is required. Possess advanced engineering and design skills. Will work closely with the engineering team and less with the business, sales, and marketing teams. Skills should include quick decision-making, user-centricity, an eye for design, an experimentation mindset, and data-driven, quick decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology implementations from concept through deployment.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable product and technical deliverables.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and product backlog management.
- Experience facilitating process discovery, future-state design, and business transformation initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, business leaders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and delivery timelines simultaneously.
- Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Data & Analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud (GCP, Azure preferred) platforms and AI product stacks within them
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and/or Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO).
- Experience working within enterprise governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of design thinking, process optimization, and business process reengineering methodologies.
- Business-focused with strong technical acumen.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes.
- Excellent facilitator and communicator.
- Data-driven decision maker.
- Collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority.
- Passionate about transforming business processes through AI and automation.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
