AI QA Engineer
TITLE: AI QA Engineer
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 08/10/2026 to 12/31/2026 + extensions
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, development, implementation, communication, and maintenance of quality management systems.
- Monitor and test product quality, ensure compliance with standards, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Define and execute test approaches for regression testing, new functionality testing, and performance testing.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test charters aligned to release goals.
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis support, and quality recommendations.
- Build and maintain automated test suites for API testing, UI testing, and integration flows.
- Design automation for maintainability, including reusable utilities and test data strategies.
- Ensure automation runs reliably in pipelines and produces actionable output.
- Develop performance test scenarios reflecting real usage patterns, establish performance budgets, and monitor metrics.
- Partner with DevOps to integrate performance tests into CI/CD and scheduled runs.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product, and DevOps to embed quality earlier in the development process, including defining acceptance criteria and improving testability.
- Provide clear quality reporting on coverage, risks, readiness, and release recommendations.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
