Responsibilities:
- Deliver full pieces of a program to design, launch, standardize, and optimize operational processes of vendor or internal teams.
- Demonstrate knowledge of process optimization and support operational or workstream execution for process efficiency programs.
- Track and analyze operational trends in process or workflow performance to implement improvements and efficiency scoring frameworks.
- Ideate, launch, and scale solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and success metrics at various organizational levels with minimal guidance.
- Communicate operational metrics/KPIs independently.
- Create or maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and training/certification programs.
- Manage end-to-end customer experience related to programs, policies, and operations with limited guidance.
- Contribute to the execution of projects addressing scaled operations challenges.
- Collaborate with relevant teams on project scoping, execution, and management.
- Ensure operations compliance with legal, risk, financial, and privacy guidelines, engaging with service providers and internal teams.
- Develop operational review processes to monitor performance insights.
- Strategize with quality specialists or suppliers to meet SLAs and PRDs, providing business reviews and feedback.
- Track operational data and identify opportunities for procedural improvements.
- Share successes, best practices, and learnings internally and externally.
- Perform supplier/internal selection, onboarding, performance reviews, and evaluations related to specific projects.
- Offer feedback for process/product improvements to streamline workflows and scale operations.
- Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and workflow changes.
- Define and implement workflow efficiency scoring frameworks to identify gaps.
- Address employee queries, escalations, and queues, streamlining high-volume ticket types.
- Educate stakeholders on policies and processes; assist with escalations/exceptions.
- Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective operations.
- Participate in meetings to identify business objectives and operational requirements.
- Contribute to delivering business requirements aligned with the correct supplier/internal strategy and budget.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data analysis, synthesis, and planning.
- Knowledge of operational SLAs.
- Experience with queue and ticket management.
- Strong team management and customer support skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools and opportunity identification.
- Capable in project management and stakeholder relationship management.
- Industry and business operations knowledge.
- Skills in process design, improvement, negotiation, and business acumen.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $93.05 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
