Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of project or program management experience, preferably within retail operations or strategic planning
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a results-driven setting
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills with a talent for running effective meetings and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building skills to work across global teams and senior leadership
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in retail strategy, customer journey, or broader retail functions
- Background in managing high-stakes, long-term programs including go-to-market initiatives and seasonal campaigns
- Data analysis skills to interpret complex data and craft compelling narratives
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred
- More than 5 years in retail operations, program management, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated history of leading successful projects under tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively across global teams and potentially travel as needed
- Excellent communication skills, with experience creating presentations for senior leadership

The hourly pay rate for this position is $43. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
