Required Skills:
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional Swift software development experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-grade software
- Experience developing automation applications within Swift frameworks
- Strong debugging skills and ability to implement reliable fixes
- Familiarity with system setup and takedown procedures for applications and content
- Knowledge of performance measurement and optimization in software systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AI/LLMs for code generation or assistance
- Knowledge of application automation frameworks and tooling
- Background in performance measurement and optimization beyond automation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive hands-on experience in automation development and related domains
Other Requirements:
- Ability to adapt quickly to new application behaviors and UI changes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in an environment that values continuous improvement and innovation

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $71.00 to $91.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
