Content Production Engineer

We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Production Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our iWork suite. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate with talented designers and engineers to produce high-quality templates and themes that enhance user experience across multiple applications, all while maintaining our world-class standards of precision and aesthetic excellence.
Required Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in content production or related roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Terminal, and Radar tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and systematic thinking.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-layered files in rapid iteration environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with localization layouts.
- Knowledge of app development processes and feature integrations.
- Familiarity with SourceTree and pull request management.
- Understanding of bug tracking and troubleshooting within app environments.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of high-level content or production engineering, especially within tech or digital product environments.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes and new features.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA.
- No travel mandatory; remote-friendly environment.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $80.00 to $85.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
