TITLE: Event Quality Analyst
LOCATION: Mountain View, CA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 09/07/2026 to 03/06/2027

Responsibilities:

  • Audit & evaluate event plans across local operations teams to ensure standards compliance and proper setup in tools and systems.
  • Document areas where plans require additional detail, improve plans to meet standards, and provide coaching to the team.
  • Analyze trends in plan misses to identify gaps and recommend process or standard improvements to the Global Large Events Program Manager.
  • Develop and refine Large Event Program standards, training materials, and best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on large event quality performance, key insights, and progress on improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Global Large Events Program Manager, local teams, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Events Management role.
  • Deep understanding of Event Management best practices for municipalities or large organizations.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently remotely while collaborating with a global team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, event management/hospitality, or quality (preferred).

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $77.10 to $94.96 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
