Marketing Producer
TITLE: Marketing Producer
LOCATION: Mountain View, CA (on-site 5 days a week)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months
Responsibilities:
- Drive outcomes for content creation and production projects within a PA or multiple content or media projects.
- Contribute to long-term strategy development and drive the production of content and media products for various audiences.
- Demonstrate expertise in content and media design, development, writing, production, publishing, and operations.
- Generate ideas to solve complex product, design, or production problems with multiple approaches.
- Influence and collaborate with technical and production teams, building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Develop and enhance production plans and strategies, drive technical and creative visions, and create compelling stories.
- Foster an inclusive climate by encouraging decision-making, building psychological safety, and facilitating inclusive meetings.
- Drive the project roadmap, including developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Suggest creative production techniques to solve execution problems without compromising objectives.
- Evaluate third-party resources and manage relationships with agencies and partners.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, other platform resources, external resources, and evaluate creative and production proposals.
- Lead complex content creation projects and teams, bringing ideas from conception to launch.
- Influence work groups and project outcomes by defining production strategy and developing styles, processes, or templates.
- Drive creative and technical vision to align with project goals, conducting interviews, screenings, and directing changes across disciplines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in partner and relationship management.
- Knowledge of product excellence, strategy and planning, and industry trends.
- Business and products knowledge.
- Domain expertise in Marketing.
- Effectiveness in project management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of content management systems.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $77.67 to $97.07 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
