We’re seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to craft compelling sales enablement materials that drive business growth and resonate with clients. What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience in presentation design, informational design, or graphic design, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint (including slide master and color themes), Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel.
- Ability to translate complex content into intuitive, visually engaging materials.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively across teams.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, especially Seismic.
- Experience working within financial services or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of data visualization, storytelling techniques, and digital asset development.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Informational Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in presentation or graphic design, preferably in a financial services setting.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with at least 60% on-site presence.
- A self-starter attitude with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to adapt and learn new tools and systems quickly.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $25.00 to $31.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
