Non-IT Project Manager

Required Skills:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in project coordination or similar roles
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success working across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing priorities
- Experience with workflow management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and complex spreadsheet management
- Ability to manage multiple projects accurately in a deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Exposure to email marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar
- Experience within the financial services or banking sectors
- Prior use of Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Relevant college degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience supporting marketing operations or project management within a corporate setting, especially in financial services
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in initial onsite training
- Ability to support hybrid work arrangements (onsite and remote)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and documentation
- Flexibility to support ongoing project needs and team capacity

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $37.00 to $42.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
