Are you a seasoned digital marketing professional with a passion for affiliate and partner marketing? We’re seeking an innovative and strategic Partner Marketer to spearhead our affiliate initiatives across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. In this pivotal role, you'll craft and execute performance-driven strategies that elevate brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and generate revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a knack for building impactful partner relationships, this is your chance to make a significant impact on a global scale.
Required Skills:
- Over 7 years of experience in performance and affiliate marketing
- Proven success in developing and managing affiliate programs that boost revenue
- Expertise with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, Rakuten, CJ, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking, attribution modeling, and data optimization
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and budgets effectively
- Passion for digital marketing and e-commerce
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in retail, consumer electronics, or technology sectors
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies related to affiliate channels
- Familiarity with global campaign management and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Extensive background in performance marketing with demonstrated results
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement

The hourly pay rate for this position is $79.85. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
