Senior Marketing Specialist

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Analytics, CRM systems, social media)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with digital advertising and paid media strategies
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Creative skills in graphic design or multimedia content creation
- Familiarity with market research and consumer behavior analysis
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a similar industry or role
Other Requirements:
- Availability for occasional travel, if necessary
- Relevant marketing certifications are a plus

The hourly pay rate for this position is $103.79. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
