TITLE: Network Support Engineer (SolarWinds)
LOCATION: Tucker, GA
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 09/28/2026 to 08/31/2028
Responsibilities:
- Assist with hardware installation and upgrade on an MPLS network implementation.
- Administer SolarWinds as a key tool for the environment.
- Coordinate with field technicians installing equipment.
- Create network services using existing diagrams.
Requirements:
- Experience with SolarWinds.
- Knowledge of IP addressing, routing, and patching.
- Familiarity with EIGRP, OSPF, BGP.
- Skills in IPAM, subnetting tools, Visio, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Claude.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with SolarWinds
