What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain audience segments within RPM and other systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage manual directory groups and permissions to support nuanced audience needs.
- Oversee content access and permissions across platforms like Box, Slack, and Directory groups.
- Serve as the first point of contact for audience-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize operational delays.
- Develop clear documentation, SOPs, and request templates to standardize processes and promote self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate on defining best practices around data privacy and governance, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support the continuous improvement of audience management workflows and tools.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with audience and access systems such as RPM, directory groups, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data privacy principles, confidentiality, and governance policies.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, particularly in diagnosing user access and permission issues.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to support a cross-functional environment.
- Proven skill in translating complex technical processes into clear, easy-to-follow documentation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with platforms like E-Events, Hello, The Grove, or emerging AI tools.
- Knowledge of content management systems such as Box or similar tools.
- Familiarity with supporting remote or virtual teams with technical support needs.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Relevant experience in audience or access management, ideally in a corporate or retail environment.
- Technical background or certifications related to data governance or systems administration preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work PST hours in a remote setting.
- A proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $63.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
