TITLE: Journey Builder III
LOCATION: Culver City, CA 
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 10/06/2026 to 10/05/2027
Responsibilities:

  • Drive and perform the day-to-day operational workflows of Central Marketing.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams including strategy, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications.
  • Develop and execute customer notifications for acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate to assess product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities, and data needs for developing customer journeys.
  • Test and deploy customer journeys, ensuring operational plans and risks are properly addressed and aligned.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify issues or opportunities for operational and performance improvements.
  • Build a knowledge portal of best practices and training resources.
    Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of lifecycle marketing experience with acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys.
  • High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking; SQL experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Innovative, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to tackle ambiguity and obstacles.
  • Ability to remain calm, develop contingency plans, and pivot under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills across various mediums.
  • Deep familiarity with Apple ecosystem products and services (Mac OS, iOS, Music, iTunes, App Store, etc.) is preferred.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $65.67 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
