Required Skills:
- 3+ years of industry experience in operations, data, product, lab, R&D, or related fields
- Strong technical troubleshooting and triage skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to plan, execute, and track large-scale data collection efforts effectively
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting vendor training and deployment
- Familiarity with equipment setup and inventory management
- Knowledge of platform documentation and protocol creation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work at our location in Los Angeles, CA (2800 Casitas Avenue)
- Willingness to support equipment setup, inventory tracking, and documentation tasks
- A proactive attitude and keen attention to detail

The hourly pay rate for this position is $62.81 Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
