In this role, you’ll leverage industry insights to identify opportunities, perform in-depth financial and spend analysis, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers. Your expertise will help us maintain our competitive edge by enhancing supply chain efficiency and mitigating potential disruptions. Required Skills:
- Ability to develop a nuanced understanding of the contact center commodity landscape
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in supporting and influencing supply chain strategies
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in supply chain, operations, or related fields
- Proficiency in financial research, spend analysis, and scenario modeling
- End-to-end ownership of contract negotiations, including legal aspects
- Familiarity with supplier financial health and industry dynamics
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline preferred
- Prior experience working within a sourcing or procurement environment is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid work model requiring flexibility for occasional onsite visits
- Ability to quickly synthesize and communicate findings to leadership

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60.00 to $68.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
