Required Skills:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced setting, preferably supporting banking or financial services roles
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred)
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities
- Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics to inform strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting models, such as evergreen requisitions or pipeline hiring
- Familiarity with AI sourcing tools like Copilot or similar technologies
- Background in marketing or building recruitment networks
- Knowledge of high-volume hiring processes within operations or financial services
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Demonstrated success in supporting fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and process improvements
- Comfortable collaborating across teams to enhance operational efficiency

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
