TITLE: Compliance Documentation Editor
LOCATION: Remote – CST/EST
ANTICIPATED DURATION: Contract to hire
Responsibilities:
- Support the Regulatory Oversight division by participating in program meetings and collaborating with staff and support teams to meet duties.
- Compose, edit, and review correspondence, reports, and meeting documents according to policies and style guides.
- Manage and control meeting schedules, monitor action items, and report progress to program leadership.
- Package and post meeting agendas, minutes, and related documents to internal and external sites, ensuring accuracy and updating regularly.
- Oversee the scheduling, organizing, and operation of meetings and events, including logistics and materials management.
- Support the Compliance and Certification Committee by developing agendas, materials, and background packages.
- Attend and support meetings, technical conferences, and related activities, handling logistics such as catering, registration, and note-taking.
- Coordinate communication and operational activities for senior staff, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and files.
- Assist with projects and provide backup support for team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience supporting C-Level Executives or program coordination roles.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat; skilled in advanced formatting and editing.
- Intermediate proficiency with SharePoint and basic web page updates.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working remotely and ability to travel to office for a meeting if needed.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and recommend process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well across all organizational levels.
- Background checks and compliance with employment verification laws required.
