Job Title: Data Analyst (CRA Data Architecture & Reporting)
Location: Hybrid if located near a hub (60% in office). Remote considered only if candidate meets/exceeds requirements.
Anticipated Duration: Contract through 12/31/2026 (extension possible; end date TBD)

Position Summary
The CRA Data Analyst supports data solutions for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) reporting and analytics. This role helps design, build, optimize, and govern data and reporting solutions for the CDAR platform—partnering with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and compliant reporting.
Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain data models supporting CRA reporting, compliance, and analytics
  • Define data architecture standards and best practices across the CDAR ecosystem
  • Analyze source systems and integrate new data assets into scalable solutions
  • Support data governance efforts (lineage, metadata, and data quality)
  • Develop and optimize SQL Server / Azure SQL Managed Instance solutions
  • Build and tune stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries
  • Performance tuning (indexing strategies, query optimization, capacity planning)
  • Develop and support SSIS ETL pipelines and data ingestion workflows
  • Use scheduling tools (e.g., AutoSys) to manage ETL job execution
  • Develop and support SSRS reporting, including automation and performance optimization
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate reporting needs into technical delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL development and performance tuning)
  • Experience building ETL solutions using SSIS
  • Experience developing reports using SSRS
  • Strong communication skills (ability to translate business needs into technical requirements)
  • Experience operating in a regulated and/or compliance-focused environment (preferred)
Preferred Experience
  • Azure SQL Managed Instance
  • REST APIs and/or GraphQL (especially for data migration/integration)
  • Experience with Kadince (data migration, import/export, reporting)
  • Documentation / procedure creation experience
  • Exposure to Microsoft BI stack tools beyond SSRS/SSIS (e.g., SSAS, SharePoint BI)
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50 to $58.62 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
