TITLE: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze current business and industry trends.
- Support the development and execution of business strategies or business case development.
- Gather, break down, and compare relevant information to identify the most desirable options for achieving objectives.
- Articulate conflicts between stakeholder goals and objectives by understanding underlying problems and assumptions.
- Collaborate across teams, partnering with stakeholders to define strategies and success metrics.
- Drive data-oriented analysis, architect metrics, synthesize information, and influence leadership decision-making by presenting insights and trends.
- Design and implement internal and external integrations supporting business objectives.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests by providing technical support, analyses, and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Drive strategic analysis to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution within relevant functions.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $0.00 to $115.12 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
