Product Manager – Warehouse & Operations Technology

Location: Marietta, GA — 5 days onsite
Contract: Long-term contract
Pay Rate: $50–$70/hour W2

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to support products and technology used within a large-scale retail and operational environment. This role will focus on delivering incremental product value, improving operational efficiency, and creating better experiences for both internal users and customers.

The ideal candidate brings strong Product Management fundamentals along with experience supporting warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, supply chain, logistics, or other operationally focused products and workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage product roadmaps, priorities, and ongoing product enhancements.

• Partner closely with developers, designers, business stakeholders, and operational teams to identify needs and translate them into actionable product work.

• Drive incremental product changes that improve operational efficiency, business performance, and customer satisfaction.

• Support products and workflows within a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, or supply-chain environment.

• Gather and analyze data to identify opportunities, answer business questions, and inform product decisions.

• Define requirements, prioritize work, and support cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Conduct thorough business reviews and communicate product performance, priorities, recommendations, and next steps.

• Present effectively to stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

• Manage product documentation, applications, roadmaps, and reporting.

• Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivering against both business and user needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 2–5+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, or closely related product experience.

• Experience owning or contributing significantly to product roadmaps, prioritization, requirements, backlog management, and product delivery.

• Experience with products supporting warehouse operations, distribution centers, fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, order management, or similar operational workflows strongly preferred.

• Ability to access, analyze, and interpret data to support product decisions and business reviews.

• Strong understanding of how to translate business and operational needs into product strategy and executable work.

• Experience collaborating with engineering/development, design, operations, and business teams.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience working in Agile product environments.

• Proficiency with Jira; experience with Jira Align is a plus.

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

• Experience with WMS or other warehouse/supply-chain technology is a plus.

Additional Details

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on Product Management role for someone who enjoys working closely with both technical teams and business partners. The team is open to junior-to-mid-level Product Managers who have developed strong product fundamentals and can demonstrate meaningful ownership of the products they’ve supported.

Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday in Marietta, GA.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $70.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
