Business Analyst
TITLE: Business Analyst
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA (onsite)
ANTICIPATED DURATION: From 10/05/2026 to 10/08/2027
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to evaluating, designing, developing, and implementing standardized reporting and business process solutions
- Manage projects end-to-end from inception through completion
- Lead all phases of the project life cycle, including defining business needs, requirements, and rollout plans
- Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and analysis for assigned projects or business categories
- Establish, track, and report metrics to measure project/category performance and business value
Requirements:
- Advanced Excel – strong ability to track, analyze, reconcile, and report on large amounts of operational/licensing data.
- Project/process management – ability to own work from initial requirements through execution, tracking, and completion.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management – experience coordinating across multiple internal and external groups/vendors.
- Data tracking & reporting – experience establishing metrics, maintaining dashboards/reporting, identifying trends, and monitoring program performance.
- Strong organization/detail orientation – ability to manage licensing records, deadlines, documentation, and multiple concurrent requests.
- Onsite availability – comfortable working fully onsite.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with vehicle, fleet, trailer, registration, title, or licensing processes.
- Experience interacting with DMVs, government agencies, or third-party licensing/registration vendors.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Tax, Compliance, Operations, or Merchandising teams.
- Background supporting a large retail, logistics, transportation, fleet, or multi-location organization.
- Experience improving or standardizing business processes and reporting.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
