Title: Manufacturing Participant Manager
Location: Houston, TX (On-site)
Duration: 6  Months (Contract)

Overview

We’re looking for a driven, independent Participant Manager to support our Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC). In this role, you’ll lead outreach and recruitment efforts to attract small-to-medium sized businesses (SMBs) and student participants—translating the AMC vision into compelling messaging and measurable engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Lead acquisition of prospective AMC participants (SMBs and students)
  • Conduct market research to identify the best channels to reach eligible participants
  • Plan, implement, and facilitate multi-channel outreach (including social media)
  • Coordinate across internal teams to design and run participant assessment processes aligned with our policy
  • Plan and schedule venues and resources for business conventions/events (as needed)
  • Track outreach performance using data and analytics; iterate to improve results

What you’ll need

  • 5+ years of experience building and executing high-impact promotion/outreach programs (SMBs, startups, and/or students preferred)
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity; collaborative and results-focused
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, and excellent communication
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $50.00 to $57.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
