Location: Culver City, CA 90232 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (Possible extension)
Overview
We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the operational rhythm of a fast-paced team while providing high-impact administrative and coordination support. In this role, you’ll help keep leaders and cross-functional partners aligned through strong calendar/meeting management, communications, reporting cadence, and initiative tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive/administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, meeting prep, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate the team’s operating cadence, including scheduling global team meetings, leadership meetings, onboarding sessions, and team events.
- Support recurring deliverables and communications (e.g., weekly reports, newsletters/updates, status tracking).
- Provide operational support for major initiatives by assisting with project timelines, meeting management, and coordination across stakeholders.
- Partner closely with operations leadership and administrative teams to maintain organized, consistent team processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations coordination, administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong calendar/meeting coordination skills across multiple time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (calendar, email, docs, spreadsheets, presentations).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting leadership teams and global stakeholder groups.
- Experience maintaining team cadences (weekly/monthly business rhythms, reporting, newsletters/updates).
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $41. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
