Account Processor

Title: Account Processor
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve cash movement exceptions and operational inquiries.
• Investigate transaction discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform transaction adjustments, corrections, and reversals.
• Partner with internal business groups to resolve complex issues and provide operational support.
• Identify trends and root causes to help prevent future exceptions.
• Support process improvement and operational initiatives.
• Perform a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts.
• Enter new account information, change information on existing accounts, and record transactions.
• Answer customer inquiries, resolve problems, and respond to customer requests for information.

Requirements:

• Working MS Office experience including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
• Experience with moving money (wire transfer, check deposits, transaction discrepancies, etc.).
• Strong time management, prioritizing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recognize patterns, identify root causes, and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Banking, payments, cash management, or operations experience preferred.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $15.00 to $21.42 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
