Title: Investment Operations Specialist
Location: Harrisburg, PA

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of operational duties within an assigned area of Investment Operations.
- Research and resolve operational and/or accounting exceptions, some of which may involve extensive review.
- Interface with Investment and other internal personnel to resolve issues and ensure efficient service to customers.
- Ensure the accuracy of account statements and information.
- Verify account entries, ensure totals balance, and prepare correcting adjustments as needed.
- Ensure that all documentation requirements are satisfied.
- Respond to telephone or written inquiries and perform research necessitated by special requests from customers, brokers, or internal employees.
Requirements:
- Basic qualifications include an undergraduate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Research Admin.
- Ability to meet and manage quick turnaround demands in a dynamic work environment while multitasking with minimal supervision.
- Strong multi-tasking skills required.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Strong reading comprehension and reasoning skills to effectively evaluate received correspondence and requests.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong PC skills and proficient knowledge of MS products.
