Senior Product Designer – Enterprise Applications (AI & Salesforce)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to help design and enhance an AI-enabled enterprise application focused on simplifying complex operational workflows and improving digital experiences for business users.

This is a fully remote, hands-on product design opportunity for someone who thrives in complex B2B environments and enjoys transforming complicated business processes into intuitive, scalable, and visually polished digital experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise product design experience, excellent UI and interaction design skills, and the ability to independently drive design solutions from discovery through implementation. Experience designing within Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery and concept exploration through high-fidelity design, prototyping, and implementation.

• Design intuitive, scalable user experiences for complex enterprise applications, operational workflows, and customer- or partner-facing portals.

• Translate business requirements and user needs into clear information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs.

• Simplify complex processes and multi-step workflows through thoughtful interaction design and user-centered problem-solving.

• Design AI-enabled features that help users access information, automate tasks, make decisions, and complete workflows more efficiently.

• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Leverage and contribute to established design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, usability, and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

• Participate in discovery, stakeholder discussions, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.

• Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver practical, implementation-ready designs.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience, including recent experience designing complex enterprise applications or B2B SaaS products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design ownership, complex workflow design, and polished visual UI execution.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, interactive prototyping, and design system utilization.

• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex business processes, operational tools, dashboards, or multi-step workflows.

• Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility best practices.

• Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into actionable design concepts and production-ready solutions.

• Ability to independently lead design efforts while collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence cross-functional teams.

• Experience working within established design systems and enterprise technology environments.

• Must be based in the United States and able to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates residing in Eastern or Central time zones are highly preferred.

• Experience designing applications or portals using Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, or related Salesforce technologies.

• Experience designing customer-facing or partner-facing enterprise portals.

• Experience integrating AI-powered capabilities into digital products, including intelligent recommendations, workflow automation, conversational interfaces, or decision-support tools.

• Background designing products for hospitality, franchise operations, property management, or other operationally complex industries.

• Experience working with enterprise design systems and platform-specific design constraints.

• Familiarity with Agile product development environments.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a designer who can move comfortably between big-picture product thinking and detailed, hands-on design execution. You should be able to understand complex business challenges, identify opportunities to improve the user experience, and translate those opportunities into intuitive, polished digital products.

A strong portfolio is essential, particularly examples demonstrating enterprise product design, complex workflow simplification, thoughtful interaction patterns, and high-quality UI execution.

The strongest candidates will bring a combination of enterprise UX expertise, strong visual design skills, independent product ownership, and experience designing practical solutions for complex business environments.

Work Arrangement: This is a 100% remote contract opportunity open to U.S.-based candidates only. Candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones are highly preferred to support collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $50.00 to $70.00/hr.  Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
